Coach Gab offers personalized sessions focused on stress reduction and relaxation. This can include teaching clients progressive muscle relaxation, visualization exercises, or other relaxation techniques to help them unwind and manage stress more effectively.

Coach Gab works 1 on 1 with clients on cultivating mindfulness in their daily lives. Helping them integrate mindfulness practices into their routines, addressing challenges related to focus and attention, and develop a greater sense of presence and awareness in their daily activities.

Coach Gab will work with athletes to integrate meditation and breathwork practices into their training regimen. Helping them develop mental focus, clarity, and emotional regulation to optimize their athletic performance. Gab competed in sports throughout her teen years as a football kicker, lacrosse player and soccer player so she knows the pressure athletics puts on individuals.

Coach Gab will provide guidance and practices to help clients improve their sleep quality and overcome insomnia. Teaching relaxation techniques, breathwork exercises, and mindfulness practices designed to promote better sleep and overall well-being.
